The Right Way Baseball Academy mission is to inspire and teach the game of life and baseball to youth baseball players in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area.  With a firm focus on the development of players both on and off of the baseball diamond, The Right Way Baseball Academy has one goal, to mold players to do things The Right Way at all times.

ABOUT The Right Way

We provide youths the opportunity to learn and develop life and baseball skills.

Founded in 2018 by Fabian Harper and his childhood friends, The Right Way Baseball Academy is a competitive baseball club that is located in Center Point, Alabama.

The Right Way Baseball Academy was formed to teach and inspire youth baseball players in the greater Birmingham, Alabama area.  Our main objective is to build a relationship with each individual player in our program. Our goal is to help players understand what areas they need to develop in order for them to be successful in life and on the baseball diamond.

The Right Way PRINCIPLES

GOD
GOD is first in all things. We teach our players the importance of GOD in every day life and in baseball.
FAMILY
Family is a pivotal life element for love and support. We teach our players to value family and to love and support one another.
EDUCATION
Education is a necessity in life. We teach our players to focus on education for success outside of the baseball diamond.
BASEBALL
Baseball is a great sport. We teach our players to be competitive enough to win, but have great sportsmanship in defeat.
